Help Arepa Zone Feed First Responders!
This pandemic has surely affected all of us. At this point, almost everyone knows somebody that has been infected with COVID-19. What we may take for granted, however, is that there are so many medical professionals who are selflessly going to work every single day to take care of these patients, putting their own lives at risk.
We’ve decided to team up with a few organizations in order to bring our delicious meals to different area hospitals. This helps us stay afloat and keep our business going, while doing a great deed and feeding the great men and women who are keeping the hospitals running.
What is Arepa Zone doing?
We’ve teamed up with various organizations in order to feed first responders in DC, Maryland and Virginia. We will be preparing individually packaged meals at our catering kitchen and dropping them off at different area hospitals.
How can you help?
(1) Spread the word – post our GoFundMe link on social media, share our Gofundme campaign via email with your family, friends, and co-workers, etc.
(2) Donate – every penny counts – no donation is too small!
(3) Show your appreciation to all front line workers!
Where do your donations go?
For every ten dollars raised, we can feed one first responder. Once we have enough donations to set up a drop off, we will connect with one of the organizations we are working with to arrange a delivery. The more donations we receive, the more hours we can give our staff who are currently struggling to make ends meet.
